BetPower's Terms & Conditions — In Plain English

These terms and conditions apply to the use of all services on the BetPower platform. Throughout this document, "BetPower", "we", or "the platform" refers to the betpower.top website and its associated mobile applications. "Member", "you", or "user" refers to any registered or unregistered visitor.

BetPower is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. By accessing and using the platform, you acknowledge that these terms and conditions are legally binding.

• "Balance" — The total amount of funds currently held in your BetPower wallet.
• "Bonus Wallet" — A separate balance section for bonus and promotional credits.
• "Wagering Requirements" — The multiplier indicating how many times you must wager the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" — The Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process, requiring proof of identity and address.
• "RNG" — Random Number Generator, which determines game outcomes in a completely unbiased manner.

To create an account on BetPower, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. BetPower does not allow accounts for minors.
• All details provided at registration — name, mobile number, and email — must be accurate and belong to you personally.
• Only one account is permitted per person. If multiple accounts are found linked to the same device, IP address, or payment method, all associated accounts may be closed.
• Keep your password and login credentials strictly confidential. If you allow someone else to use your account, you bear full responsibility for their actions.

Registering and using an account is completely free. No fees are charged for registration. If anyone asks for payment to register, that is not an official BetPower channel — it may be a scam.

BetPower's deposit and withdrawal policies are designed with member protection in mind.

For deposits:

• Deposits must be made from a bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account registered in your own name.
• Using a third-party payment method may result in the deposit being declined and account verification being required.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum limit may vary depending on your account level.
• Deposits are usually credited instantly. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.

For withdrawals:

• Withdrawals can only be made to your own payment method — the same one used for the deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met. There are no conditions on withdrawing your original deposit.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Large withdrawals (৳50,000 or above) may require additional verification.

The following rules apply at all times when betting on BetPower:

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be cancelled after the match has started. However, a cashout option may be available for certain live betting scenarios.
• If a match result cannot be determined due to a technical issue, the bet will be declared void and the staked amount will be refunded.
• After official results are announced, BetPower determines win or loss outcomes and processes payments accordingly.

• BetPower reserves the right to investigate any unusual or suspicious betting patterns.

Odds change quickly in live betting. If the odds shift after you click the bet button, the updated odds will be shown on the confirmation page — where you can choose to accept or cancel.

BetPower regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. To take advantage of these offers, you must comply with the relevant terms and conditions.

• Each bonus comes with specific wagering requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly permitted.
• Bonus codes have a set expiry period — typically 7 to 30 days. Once expired, the bonus is automatically cancelled.
• Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts or the same payment method may result in all bonuses being cancelled and your account being closed.
• BetPower reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer at any time — however, no active offer will be ended before its stated expiry date.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BetPower and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Participating in or facilitating match fixing or any form of fraudulent betting activity.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Attempting to claim bonuses multiple times by opening multiple accounts.
• Using BetPower to launder money or process funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting to access another member's account without authorization.
• Exploiting vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform's software to gain an unfair advantage. If you discover such an issue, please report it to support immediately.
• Threatening, harassing, or engaging in inappropriate behaviour towards other members.

BetPower takes the security of your personal information very seriously. Our Privacy Policy details how your data is collected, stored, and used.

• Your personal information is never sold to third parties.
• All data is protected with SSL 256-bit encryption.
• All payment information is fully encrypted, and BetPower staff cannot view your card number or PIN.
• BetPower may be required to share information with government authorities under legal obligations — members will be informed where possible.

BetPower is not liable in the following circumstances:

• If a bet is cancelled or your balance fails to update due to an internet connection issue.
• Issues caused by third-party software or malware on your device.
• Any loss resulting from your login credentials being accessed by another person.
• In the event of an unexpected technical outage causing a temporary service disruption.

Responsible betting is a core part of BetPower's philosophy. We want every member to enjoy the platform in a healthy and positive way.

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings.
• Betting Limits: Set a limit to prevent yourself from placing bets beyond a certain amount at one time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break ranging from 1 week to 6 months. During this period, you will not be able to log in or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: To permanently close your account, please contact our support team.

If you do not agree to the updated terms, you will have the option to close your account and withdraw your balance.

• You can close your account at any time — just make sure to withdraw your remaining balance first.
• If BetPower closes an account due to a rule violation, any valid balance will be returned, though bonus funds may be forfeited.
